Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service govern every visit to bundlezwtv.com, every account registration, and every order placed through bundlezwtv.com. By using bundlezwtv.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service. Chi Ho Limited operates bundlezwtv.com and acts as the seller of record for all orders. If you do not accept these Terms of Service, you must stop using bundlezwtv.com and must not place an order.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to place an order. You agree to provide accurate name, address, email, and phone details at checkout and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity performed through your account. Chi Ho Limited may suspend or close an account that contains false information or that is used for fraudulent activity.
Products and Order Acceptance
All bag descriptions, material specifications, dimensions, and colour representations on bundlezwtv.com are provided in good faith. Colour appearance varies with screen settings. An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order and does not constitute acceptance. Chi Ho Limited accepts an order when the parcel is dispatched and a dispatch notice is sent. If an item is unavailable after payment, Chi Ho Limited cancels the order and refunds the full amount paid for that item.
Pricing and Payment
Prices, taxes, and shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. You agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout using an accepted payment method. Payment authorisation is required before dispatch. Chi Ho Limited does not store complete card numbers.
Shipping
Parcels are shipped to the address supplied at checkout. Delivery estimates displayed at checkout are calculated from the moment the carrier takes possession of the parcel and depend on destination and carrier routing. Tracking details are sent by email after dispatch. Customs duties and import taxes levied at destination are payable by the recipient.
14 days No-Reason Refund Policy
You may return any bag for a refund without giving a reason. The return window is 14 days and begins on the date the parcel is delivered to the address supplied at checkout. To use this policy, send a return request to [email protected] within 14 days of delivery and state your order number. The bag must be unused, unwashed, free of marks, and returned with its original dust bag, tags, and packaging. A bag that shows signs of use, odour, or damage caused after delivery does not qualify for a no-reason refund. Return shipping costs are payable by you.
Refund Processing Times
Refund processing begins once the returned bag arrives at the returns address and passes inspection. Refund processing and arrival of funds in your account takes at least 14 days from the date the returned bag is received. The refund is issued to the original payment method. Bank posting schedules vary by institution, and Chi Ho Limited cannot shorten the time a bank or card issuer requires to display the credit.
PayPal Refunds
PayPal refunds take at least 14 days from the date the returned bag is received. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. Chi Ho Limited initiates the PayPal refund within the processing window described in these Terms of Service, and the receiving PayPal account, card, or bank connected to that account determines the final posting date.
Damaged or Defective Items
Any claim for a damaged or defective bag must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. Send the order number and clear photographs of the bag and its packaging to [email protected] within that period. Claims submitted after 7 days of receipt cannot be accepted, and the 14 days no-reason refund policy remains the only remedy available after that deadline. Chi Ho Limited covers return shipping for verified damaged or defective bags and issues a full refund or a replacement.
Acceptable Use
You must not use bundlezwtv.com to submit false orders, impersonate another person, upload malicious code, scrape content, or interfere with site security.
Intellectual Property
All text, photographs, logos, and design elements on bundlezwtv.com are owned by Chi Ho Limited or its licensors. Reproduction, resale, or commercial use requires written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Chi Ho Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of bundlezwtv.com or from a delayed delivery caused by a carrier or customs authority. The total liability of Chi Ho Limited for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by Hong Kong law. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms of Service or from any order placed on bundlezwtv.com.
